This heavenly spread can be used on bread and crackers, mixed with fresh pasta (cold or hot), potatoes, and salads.
For a piquant potato dish dice potatoes squares of about 0.8”*0.8” and dip fry until cooked properly. Absorb the excess oil and then mix it with the three pepper Bruschetta and cook for about 5 more minutes. Add salt and pepper as necessary. Serve cold or hot.
